Meet Liz Fackelman

Davidson Organizing, LLC was born in 2013 as Liz’s second act career, following 23 years as a stay-at-home mom raising five children. Her first act career drew on her engineering degree from Duke University, where she designed computer systems. Even as a child, Liz was driven to create more efficient, productive processes—a passion that now translates seamlessly into designing effective and maintainable organizing systems for homes and offices.

Because of her hands-on experience as a mom of five, Liz is especially popular with busy families needing help organizing children’s spaces. She’s also one of the few professionals in the area who thrives in highly complex situations, including working with clients with extreme ADHD or hoarding tendencies.

While many organizing methods sound good on paper, Liz sought systems that were proven to work—especially for business clients who felt buried by clutter and paper. She needed a solution that addressed the root issue of decision fatigue, not just surface-level disorganization. And she knew that even highly capable professionals often struggle with managing paperwork—endless piles, lost documents, or unclear filing systems.

In 2021, Liz became a Certified Productive Environment Specialist and began offering the Office Transformation Program virtually. This proven system helps overwhelmed female entrepreneurs increase productivity in 90 days or less—so they can go from scattered to streamlined and make more money with less stress.

In 2020, Liz became a founding member of The Keys Guild, a network of trusted professionals who help clients sell valuable items at top dollar. Keys Guild members serve as a one-stop solution for downsizing, decluttering, and selling collectibles with expert guidance. Liz’s specialty is gold jewelry and sterling silver flatware and holloware – collectibles what Liz can almost always pay clients more than they can get on their own.

Liz also gives back through leadership roles in the organizing community. She serves as treasurer for two nonprofit organizations: Carolina Organizers and Faithful Organizers, where she helps support both local professionals and faith-based organizing efforts.
